Here’s another reader request for a basic set of user input fixed pivots. I’ve thrown in some extra plumbing to make the pivots auto-hide when price diverges a user selectable percentage from the pivot.

Sure doesn’t look right at the 840, 860 levels.

The example pivots are completely arbitrary. Is that what you are referring to? The user can enter in any pivots they like calculated in whatever manner.

Hi TS, thanks for all the work…I am having trouble with this script TS will not accept underscore symbol…please advise.

There is nothing technically wrong with an underscore character. However, the latest builds of TOS do not allow cut and paste from the blog into your script window without making a giant mess. There are hidden line feeds before/after each line which gum things up. It probably isn’t the underscore but rather some hidden characters that are causing the problem. Worst case, you can retype the code but I find cutting the code from here and pasting it into a text editor and then pasting into TOS seems to work.
