In an effort to reduce the processor load incurred by these studies I have separated the daily version of the Volume and TPO Profiles into separate studies for 1) today only and 2) all historical days. The update is posted in the PRO Subscriber area of the forum as usual. Here is an updated video on how to set up the now three variations of the studies.

Hi,
I just loaded the VolumeProfileDaily study and for some reason the volume histogram each day starts at 1am not 16:30. Any idea why it’s doing this?

The daily histograms will always begin drawing at the crossover bar from one calendar day to the next.

This is really a great indicator! I’m just wondering can you customize colors and thickness of the slots? Also, if you set the chart to display only day sessions for futures, will the calculation of volume profile change accordingly?

Yes, the color and bar width are customizable. The profile will always re-calculate and display based on the data on your chart. If you use a RTH chart, the profile is based only on trading hours. If you use a 24hr chart, the profile is based on all 24hrs.
